With these updates, you can now conveniently access the NPS (Net Promoter Score) of your clients directly from the communication tab within the Contact360 page.
Navigation:
- Go to the Contacts section.

2. Select the Contact360 option.
3.Click on the Communications tab.

Note: All NPS scores for your clients will now be readily available in this tab for your convenience.
