We’ve introduced an enhancement to the Service Pipeline. When creating a new service pipeline under Categories, the “Custom” option will now be selected automatically by default. This allows you to easily create and manage additional custom categories as needed. You will not be able see the premium and revenue fields in the service Pipeline.
Use Case: Automatically selects “Custom” when creating a Service Pipeline, streamlining the setup process. Enables users to quickly add and manage multiple custom categories as needed.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Pipelines module from the left-hand menu.
- Click on Create New Pipeline.

Here, select Service in the Pipeline Type– you can see custom is selected automatically-

Scroll down below and you can see there are some categories already mentioned there, you can add more categories as well by clicking on Add Category–

Click & continue, in the Deal Modules section, Quotes, Intake Form & Final Action– Won/Lost are automatically deselected–

Continue and click update– you have created a pipeline
Now create a Deal Card in the Pipeline and in the Category section, you can select categories (These are the same categories which were present in the Custom Category field while creating Service Pipeline).
