The MFA Restriction interface has been renamed to MFA Mandatory. We’ve improved the Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) process by adding a “Select All” toggle for easier configuration. Additionally, the MFA Configuration section now appears on the sign-up page instead of the separate MFA page, making the authentication setup more seamless and user-friendly.
Use Case:
“A ‘Select All’ toggle button enables agents to perform easy selections efficiently, streamlining the process. Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) configuration will be available on the Sign-up page to enhance both security and user accessibility .”

Enable MFA mandatory to agent ,once agent login, MFA Setup page will be shown at Sign in page with all MFA option such as
Authenticate via Google Authenticator app via Email or via Phone number

Once we setup MFA -it directly navigate to portal and MFA is configured and shown as connected and will ask for OTP for every time login
Note:Same MFA setup with OTP steps will be followed for SMS and Google Authenticator APP too. option
