We have introduced a new enhancement: any claim details added for the Policy in Sagitta will now sync to InsuredMine Accounts. It is a one-way sync from Sagitta to InsuredMine.
Use Case: Suppose an agent wants to quickly access a client’s claim history while preparing for a renewal discussion. Instead of logging into Sagitta separately, the agent can now view the claims details directly in the InsuredMine account. This saves time, provides a unified view of client information, and helps the agent make more informed decisions.
To View the Enhancement:Â
- Navigate to the Sagitta Account
- Click on policies

- You will be redirected to the Policies page.
- Double Click on Policy Number

- You will be redirected to the Policy Details Page
- Click on Claims

You can now View, Add and Edit Policy claims as per your preference.

Fill in the required details of the policies claims.
Note: Loss ID is your Claim Number in Insurdmine

As shown below, you can enter the claim details up to the Settlement stage.

To view your claim details in Insuredmine Accounts:
- Navigate to AccountsÂ
- Click on the Account Name (for which you added policy claim details)

- You will be redirected to the account 360 page.
- Click on Policies to see the details of the added policy

Click on the Policy Number to view the claims added in Sagitta.

- You will be redirected to the Policy Details page.
- Click on Claims

The Claim Refresh button is used to sync claim details for the respective policy from Sagitta into InsuredMine.
