We have introduced a new enhancement to the Policy section. The EMS section has been added to the Policies page to provide a consolidated view of policy-related information.
Use Case: This feature helps users to view all policy data in one place, saving time and making the review of policy details more efficient.
To view the enhancement of EMS in policy:
- Navigate to Policies.
- Click on the Policy Number  to view policy Details.
- You will be redirected to the Policies page.
- A new section EMS, has been added.
- Click on EMS to view the Policy Information.
- As shown below, you can view policy data from Policy Additional Information to Policy Line of Business.
Note: You can also view the EMS section on the Account 360 page and click EMS to see the EMS details.
