Description – The feature will let you choose a master lead by merging multiple lead sources with each other.

Use Case – Ideal to eliminate duplicates and retain clean data in the CRM

Process:

• Navigate to Pipelines and choose Action, and click on Lead Source.

• Choose Lead Source Names and click on Merge.

• Select Master lead source and choose Merge.

• All lead information from the secondary lead sources will now migrate to the master lead source.
