We have introduced a new enhancement under the Engagement module in the Templates section. A Date Filter option is now available in Template Analytics, allowing users to filter data by a specific date range.
Use Case: This feature helps clients to find template analytics for a specific date and makes it easier to track performance.
To View the enhancement:
- Navigate to Engagement
- Click on Templates

- You will be redirected to Engagement > Email Templates page
- Select the preferred TemplatesÂ
- Click on Action > three dots
- From the dropdown, click on Analytics

Click on the Date Filter and select a Date Range from the dropdown to view analytics for the selected email template.

As shown below, from the dropdown select Custom Range to view analytics for the selected email template.
