We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Text Module that simplifies the process of adding notes. With this update, adding an agent is no longer mandatory while creating a note.
What’s Changed?
Earlier:
- While adding a note in the Text Module, users were required to select an agent.
- Notes could not be saved unless an agent was selected.
Now:
- You can add a note without selecting any agent.
The system will allow you to save the note directly without assigning it to anyone.
How to Use This Feature
Step 1: Navigate to the Text Module
- Go to the Text Module where notes are managed.
Step 2: Click on Add Note
- Select any Text Conversation in which you need to add note
Step 3: Enter Note Content
- Type the content of your note in the provided text box.
Step 4: Click Save
- The note will be saved successfully without adding an agent.

Example Use Case
- You’re logging a system update, client comment, or internal reminder that doesn’t need agent tracking.
- Simply enter the note and save — no agent selection required.
