AMS360 Activity Sync Restrictions

Activity Sync Restrictions let AMS360 users control and customize activity syncing for improved workflow and compliance.

Use Case: Make AMS360 work better for you by controlling and customizing activity syncing for smoother workflow.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to the settings module.
  • Click on the AMS sync fields.
  • Now you can individually sync all the activities manually or automatically such as Call logs, Emails, Files, Notes,eSign, SMS, Suspense & Tasks.
  • Click on Save.
  • You will then get a notification: Success default values saved successfully.

Next, if you are adding any activities and then syncing them, based on this auto/manual sync setting, they will be synced.
