Six new business unit tags have been introduced and can be used for email campaigns, drips, workflow automation, and for creating templates.
Note: These tags are available for AMS360 users only.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Engagements
Click on Create under Email Campaign
- In tags, you will find 6 new business unit tags- Branch, Department, Division, Executive, Group, and Representative
- If you select these tags, the data related to these tags will be displayed in the email that will be triggered.
