Archive Accounts

Overview

We have introduced an enhancement in the Accounts module that allows users to archive accounts directly from the Accounts list or Account360. Archived accounts are removed from active account management while retaining their associated data.

Use Case: This enhancement is useful when an account is no longer active but its historical information needs to be retained. By archiving accounts instead of deleting them, users can keep account records for future reference while maintaining a cleaner and more manageable account list.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to accounts.
• Click on 3 dots beside the account name that you want to delete.
• Click on Archive.
