Description – Policies marked as canceled in AMS will appear in Account 360 and Contact 360 under the canceled tab.
Navigate to the Account module.
Click on a specific account that is AMS synced to access the policies section.
Click on the Open in QQ Catalyst option to login.
Go to the policies section.
Open a policy and click on Rewrite.
Once the policy is canceled, it will be reflected in the canceled tab.
A similar canceled tab in the policies section will also be visible in Contact 360.
