We have introduced a new feature in InsuredMine’s Net Promoter Score (NPS) integration that enhances the way client reviews are displayed. With this enhancement, client reviews are marked as “verified customer” if the client’s data (including email and phone number) is found within InsuredMine’s database. These verified customer reviews will be visible in the NPS dashboard. If the client’s data is not present in InsuredMine, their review will not be labeled as a verified customer.

- Click on NPS within the InsuredMine platform.
