Description – Deal cards can be archived, moved, or copied from one stage to another.
Benefit – Ease in managing the deal cards.
Process-
- Navigate to the Pipelines module.
- Select a deal Card. Click on the three dots icon.
- Select Copy or Move card.
Note – Toggle Copy if you want to copy a deal card; otherwise, toggle Move to move a deal card into a specific pipeline and stage.
- Select the copy or move option.
- Select the pipeline and stage. Click on Update.
Note – You can archive a deal card with the archive option.
- Navigate to the card and select a three-dot icon.
- Click on Archive.
- A pop-up window will appear on the screen. Click on Yes, archive it!
- A confirmation message will appear that the Card is Archived.
