We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Engagement module under the List section. Now, when creating a List by Contact, NAICS and Account Type fields will auto-populate for each contact.
Use Case: With the new enhancement in the Engagement module under Lists section, NAICS and Account Type now auto-populate when creating an Account/Contact list. This will filter out the data based on account and contact source type. This improves data visibility and makes it easier to identify.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Engagement module from the left side of the IM portal.
- Select the Lists from the opened page.
- In the opened page you can create a List.

In the opened page, go to the filter section and select Account as the source. You can apply additional filters as needed based on your requirements.


After clicking ‘Apply,’ you can view the NAICS code and Account Type by selecting the columns from the table column.
