You can upload a contact list in Contact directory as a CSV file with header sequence and name of your choice. As you can map each header to InsuredMine standard header after uploading them. Now, the InsuredMine system can accept a variety of headers names and identify which column contains email addresses and recipient names.

How to mass upload and map headers?

1. Go to Contact Directory
2. Click on Upload Data icon
3. Click on Choose File button to reach for the file you want to upload
4. Map your CSV Sheet header to the InsuredMine table headers from the left column. The system tried to do some of the obvious ones but it is recommended to review and finalize headers and then click upload.
