Now agents don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on web development and profile builders. It’s free for all InsuredMine users. Every Agent accessing the InsuredMine platform has the option to create, edit and share their profile through social media. Each agent has their own publicly shared SEO-enabled web page.
Through simple steps, one can easily edit and update their information and can share it with clients too. The Agent’s profile will also be visible on the mobile app. All the clients who will be using a mobile app can have details of the associated agent’s profile through the mobile app too.
Let’s have a look at how to create or edit Agent’s Profile:
- Navigate to the extreme top right of the portal
- Click on the user icon on the extreme top right of the portal.
- The profile page will open.
- For each section click on the edit icon, to edit the details, and once you edit click on the save button to save the information.
Personal Info – In the personal info section, click on the edit icon to fill in the basic details such as Name, Email id, Contact number, Address, Job Title, and Social Media Profile links (such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn).
Profile Image- Click on the image space to upload your image. This will help your clients to identify you.
About- To set and update a short description about you and your business, just click on the edit icon at the extreme right side of the About section.
Coverage I Provide- In this section mention all sorts of coverage that you will be providing to your clients such as Auto, Home, Commercial, Life, etc.
State I Serve- Mention all the states you are licensed to do business in.
- To check how the profile will look when shared with clients just click on Sharable Public Profile.
Note: Whatever details you will be providing here in the user account section in the portal will be also reflected to your clients through the mobile app.
