This enhancement allows users to conveniently access the counts of Files, Logs, and eSignatures within both the Account360 and Contact360 modules.
Use Case: This update aims to enhance user efficiency and streamline the navigation process within the platform.
Navigation:
- Navigate to the Contacts module.
- Once within the Contacts module, simply click on any contact of interest.
3.Upon doing so, users will instantly see the count of Files, Logs, and eSignatures associated with the selected contact.
Note: Users can also view these counts directly within the Account360 module, ensuring seamless access to essential information at all times.
