What is the Pipeline Manager?

One of the core missions of the InsuredMine platform is to help agencies in their sales efforts, to increase their conversions and improve their close rates in the shortest time possible. Pipeline Manager helps you do just that.  It helps manage your sales process by defining your sales flow and applying it in every deal to track details and learn from the analytics to assess what is working and what needs improvement.  It helps you see where you are in the Sales Process with each client which makes it easier to follow up and ensure deal closures.

For consistency, all members of your agency will have the same sales process.

Go to your Navigation Panel on the left and click on Pipeline Manager.

This will bring you to your dealboard (created by default).  Here you can see all of the stages on your dealboard and what deal is currently sitting in each stage.
