You can set notifications for incoming text messages for a particular email id.
Note: Only Admin can set this notification
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Pipelines
Click on the three-dots icon and select Pipeline Settings
Click Notification Settings
Slide to enable the Incoming Text Notification
You can either select to notify the agent via email or can set an email address for the text notification.
Click on save
You will get a confirmation message saying:
Navigate to text message and send a message to any of your contacts
You will receive an email notification on both, incoming and outgoing text messages
