Incoming Text Notification forward to email

You can set notifications for incoming text messages for a particular email id. 


Note: Only Admin can set this notification


To view the enhancement:


  • Navigate to Pipelines

  • Click on the three-dots icon and select Pipeline Settings

  • Click Notification Settings

  • Scroll down to Slide to enable the Incoming Text Notification

  • You can either select to notify the agent via email or can set an email address for the text notification.

  • Click on save


  • You will get a confirmation message depending on the option you selected:

  • Navigate to text message and send a message to any of your contacts

  • email notification will be send on both, incoming and outgoing text messages
