Update – Added a new feature to track the IP address, time, and login information when agents log in to the portal.

Application – A security measure to track login location/time to identify suspicious activity.

Process:

• Click on Settings
• Click on the IP Tracking option

• The view will provide Agent Name, Email, IP Address, Log in from location, Login Time, and Time Zone for the last 7 days as default.
• The drop-down will let you filter and view agent login details per your preference.

• The Admin login can view the login details for all agents, while the agent login will only display the login details for the logged-in agent.
