From the Engagement Module, multi-location agencies can now filter recipients of a bulk email or text message by the agency location which the client is assigned to. This is useful in many scenarios; for example, an agency may need to update clients on a longtime employee retiring from a particular location, or they may need to give an update regarding a weather event, or if a carrier is giving an incentive for sales within a particular area this could be a useful feature.

Location or all agency as filters on email campaigns

Email campaigns on the InsuredMine Engagement Module can be filtered to target only specific locations if an agency has multiple office locations. This allows for better segmentation of marketing efforts or cross-sale campaigns, and could also be useful in getting alerts out to clients regarding local weather or emergency preparedness.
