Within account, contact or pipelines modules, discover the convenience of resending texts to particular phone numbers, streamlining your communication processes with ease.
													- Navigate to any account , contact or pipelines & then click on communications.
 - Now, after sending an SMS, you will have the option to ‘resend’ the text to a particular phone number.
 
To view the enhancement:
From Accounts:
													- Navigate to the account360 page of the account.
 - Click on the “communications” tab.
 - Send an SMS -Click already send email.Â
 - Click on the three-dots ( …) within the text option.
 - Now you get an option to resend a message to the particular phone number.
 
From the contacts:
													- Navigate to the contact 360 page of the contact.
 - Click on the “communications” tab.
 - Send an SMS – Click already send email.
 - Then, click on the three dots ( …) within the text option and click on ‘resend’ to send the text succesfully.
 
From the pipelines:
													- Navigate to any deal card.
 - Click on the “communications” tab.
 - Send an SMS – Click already send email.Â
 - Then, click on the three dots …) within the text option and click on ‘resend’ to send the text succesfully from a particular deal card.
 
Note: The ‘resend’ option for SMS messages will be available only for texts sent from the overall portal. Scheduled SMS messages will not have the option to be resen
