We’ve rolled out a new enhancement for Pipeline Automation! You can now save Pipeline sent analytics from your pipeline as a report. These saved reports can be scheduled to automatically trigger daily, weekly, or monthly and be delivered to specified email addresses for easy access.
Use Case: This feature provides users with simple access to pipeline analytics, which can be analyzed, saved, and triggered within reports. Administrators can control who receives these reports via email, allowing them to view information on failed automations, sent actions, and any errors, without needing to log in to InsuredMine.
It helps save time and ensures quick access to important performance insights.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Pipeline
- As shown below, click on the three dots
- From the dropdown, select Automation
- You will be redirected to the Automation Page.
- As shown below, click on Sent Analytics
- You will be redirected to the Sent Analytics page.
- As shown below, click on the icon to select the preferred range for the saved analytics in the Report
- Click on Save Reports
- A Save Reports panel appears on the right side
- Fill in the required details
- Enter all the email addresses to whom you want these reports to be triggered.
- Click on the Save icon
As shown below, a success message “Pipeline Analytics Reports is in progress” appears.
An instant report will be sent to all specified recipients
To View Saved Report:
- Navigate to the Reports Module.
- From the dropdown, click on Saved Reports
- You will be redirected to the Saved Reports Page
- As shown below, the name(e.g, Test Arzoo) under which you saved the report appears in the Report Title section.
- You can also download, Share, Schedule, Run, or delete the Saved Report
