We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Assignee Filter of the Pipeline module that allows users to filter and view only those deal cards where a specific user is the Primary Assignee — using a ★ (Star Mark) toggle.
What’s Changed?
Earlier:
- The “My Cards” option showed all deal cards where the selected user was assigned whether as a primary or secondary assignee.
- There was no way to distinguish or filter deals where a user was the Primary Assignee only.
Now:
- A ★ (Star Mark) icon appears next to each user in the Assignee filter.
- When selected, it filters the pipeline to show only those deal cards where that user is the Primary Assignee.
How to Use the ★ Primary Assignee Filter
Step 1: Open Pipeline
- Navigate to the Pipeline section.
Step 2: Click on Assignee Filter
- Locate the Assignee filter dropdown at the top right.
Step 3: Select a User
- Choose the user whose assigned deals you want to view.
Step 4: Click the ★ Star Mark
- Click the ★ icon next to the user’s name.
- The pipeline will now display only the deals where the selected user is the Primary Assignee.
Example
- Let’s say User A is:
- Primary Assignee on Deal 1 and Deal 3
- Secondary Assignee on Deal 2
- Primary Assignee on Deal 1 and Deal 3
- If you select User A in the assignee filter without the ★, you’ll see Deal 1, Deal 2, and Deal 3.
- If you select User A and enable the ★, you’ll see only Deal 1 and Deal 3
