Previously, when adding a policy from the ‘add quotes’ section of the pipeline and syncing it, occasional errors occurred, resulting in the creation and sync of the policy despite the errors. Now, if an error is encountered, the policy will not sync until the details are updated. Correct details will ensure successful update and sync.
Use Case: This ensures that policy details are accurate before syncing, thereby reducing errors in data transmission.
To View the Enhancement:
- Add the policy details and then sync them with AMS360.
- If there is an error while updating policies, syncing will not occur, and a pop-up will appear. However, the policy will still be created.
- You can then update the policy details to proceed with syncing.
- Click on the timeline tab to view policy sync error details with the appropriate AMS.
