This recent improvement in Pipelines allows users to assign agents in bulk. When you assign an agent to a deal card, you now have the option to remove the previous agent linked to that particular card.
Navigation:
- Navigate to Pipelines.
- Choose the deal cards you wish to assign an agent to.
- Click on “Assign Agent” and designate the agent as primary.
- You’ll then have the option to remove the prior agent associated with the card.
Note: Upon successfully assigning a new agent and removing the prior agent, a confirmation popup will appear.
