Request to Include “Cancelled Date” Tag in cancellation workflow automation for all AMS

We have introduced a new enhancement under the Engagement Module → Automation for Policy Cancellation. A new “Cancelled Date” tag has been added to the Policy Cancellation workflow automation for all AMS.This tag automatically captures and updates the cancellation date when a policy is marked as cancelled. 

Use Case: This feature ensures that agents can easily track when a policy was cancelled. For example, when a cancellation workflow is triggered, the “Cancelled Date” tag automatically fetches the date, it has been introduced in all AMS of IM

To view the enhancement:

  • Navigate to  Engagement
  • Under Automation, click on create
  • You will be redirected to Engagement > Workflow > Select page.
  • Scroll down to view Policy Cancellation
  • As shown below, click on the customize
  • You will be redirected to Engagement > Workflow > Select > Name page.
  • Fill in the required Fields
  • Click on Begin

In the Merge Fields search box, type “Cancelled” to view the Cancelled Date tag.

Tag will fetch the data and gives the result
