Earlier, within the add automation stage in pipelines, you were able to send intake forms directly via email, but now you can send them through SMS as well.
Use Case: SMS intake forms speed up responses, making pipelines more efficient and productive.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the pipelines module.
- Then, click on the three dots icon present in the top right corner.
- From the drop-down select Automation.
- Now, click on Add new Automation Stage.
- Now, within the Intake Form option, you can select “Send intake form to contact immediately via SMS.
- Click Save.
