We’ve introduced a new enhancement to the Servicing Role Filter in the Create List feature. You can now filter Accounts and Contacts more precisely based on their assigned servicing roles.
Use Case: Easily create targeted lists of accounts or contacts by filtering them based on a specific servicing role, then export the list for an email campaign or other uses — saving time and improving outreach precision.
Note:This feature has been implemented for Epic Agency.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Engagement
- Click on Lists
You will be redirected to this Engagement > Create List page
From the filter dropdown, select Contacts
Select the Servicing Roles Filter in the Contact Filters section.
Click Apply to view the result.
Your filtered results will appear after the apply icon as shown below.
From the filter dropdown select, Accounts.
Select the Servicing Roles Filter in the Account Filters section.
Click Apply to view the result.
Your filtered results will appear after the apply icon as shown below.
Note: In Create List, a new UI for Age Group and Policy Filters has been implemented.
