Sorting allows you to find data quickly. You can sort specific columns of each segment under opportunities depending on the required information.

The table columns can be sorted in ascending and descending order. The up arrow indicates ascending order while the down arrow indicates the descending order.

To apply sort format, click on the double arrows as shown below:

In Renewals, X dates and Cross sell data records can be sorted on the basis of Policy Number, Premium, Effective date and Expiration date. In the case of Win backs the Deal title and Deal value can be arranged in ascending or descending order.

Notes: Sorting applies to all pages of the segment for the particular column. Also, if you navigate between modules or refresh the portal, the default setting applies and the column is reset to its original format. You will not be able to see the sorted view unless you click the arrows again.
