InsuredMine will provide Technical Support to Customers via electronic mail and via phone on critical items on weekdays during the hours of 6.00 am – 5.00 pm PST “Support Hours”.

InsuredMine customers can reach via Phone at 469-616-1821 for critical items.

Callbacks subject to the issue Category as detailed in SLA.  Customer will receive calls and will escalate issues reported by its customers to InsuredMine as needed.
