Now admin/ managers can restrict access to create tags or labels for their agents.Â
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to Settings
Click on Restrictions
Move the toggle bar to allow or restrict access to create tags or labels for each agent.
Note: The agents for whom access will be restricted can only use the tags or labels that are already created.
The agents who are not restricted can add, edit and delete labels and tags.
For agents who are not granted access to tags and labels, they cannot add, edit or delete tags and labels.
