We have introduced a new enhancement under the Engagement module → Templates section. A new Unsubscribe and Complaint section has been added in Template Analytics. You can now view your email template data based on Unsubscribe and Complaint metrics.
Use Case: This feature helps users monitor how recipients engage with their email templates by tracking unsubscribe and complaint rates. It provides valuable insights to improve email performance, reduce opt-outs, and maintain better communication practices.
To View the enhancement:
- Navigate to Engagement
- Click on Templates

- You will be redirected to Engagement > Email Templates page
- Select the preferred Templates
- Click on Action > three dots
- From the dropdown, click on Analytics

Two new sections, Unsubscribed and Complaint, have been added to Template Analytics.

As shown below, click on Unsubscribe to view the details of the users who unsubscribed.
