We’ve added a new enhancement to the Opportunities module – you can now download the Auto No Home and Home No Auto lists. This update allows you to easily view and analyze these lists for cross-sell opportunities.
Use Case: “Auto No Home” list helps to identify clients with auto policies but no home coverage, enabling targeted cross-sell campaigns.
Similarly, the “Home No Auto” list helps identify home policyholders who may benefit from bundled auto insurance.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Opportunities module from the left-hand menu.
- Select the AutoNoHome/HomeNoAuto.
Click on Download and the list will get downloaded.
