We’ve introduced a new enhancement in the Opportunities module – you can now filter the Auto No Home and Home No Auto lists using the Expiring filter.
This allows you to view accounts based on the expiration dates of their existing policies and use that information for internal analysis or potential cross-sell opportunities.
Use Case: Users can filter the Auto No Home and Home No Auto lists by policy expiration dates.This helps in organizing and reviewing accounts for timely follow-up and internal planning.
To View the Enhancement:
- Navigate to the Opportunities module from the left-hand menu.
- Select the AutoNoHome/HomeNoAuto.
Click on the Filter option and you can filter out Accounts by the Days or by a Custom Expiration date range.
Select Days or Custom Expiration date range and click on Apply.
Here, you can see the Filtered Accounts.
