We have introduced a new enhancement under the Dashboard module. A new Expand Widget option has been added. You can now view detailed data using the Expand Widget for all widgets except Contacts by Location.
Use Case: This feature allows users to view detailed policy data directly from the dashboard using the Expand Widget, making it easy to quickly review and understand the data.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to the Dashboard.
- From the Dashboard, select the AMS Dashboard.
- You are directed to the AMS Dashboard Page.
- As shown below, an Expand Widget icon is added to all widgets except Contacts by Location.
- Opt for any widget and click on the Expand Widget icon.
- For e.g., Policies by Expiration has been demonstrated below.
- A Policies by Expiration Panel appears.
- You can preview the data in two ways: by Category and Carrier, by switching it from the top.
To view the detailed Data :
- Click on a particular category, like Whole Life insurance, to see the total policies and premiums related..
(As shown below, Whole Life Insurance has a total of 1 policies and a total premium of $10,000) - As shown below, you can also click on the bar graph to view the policy counts for all categories.
- You also have the option to Download Table Data.
Note: In the App User Dashboard Expand Widget, the option to download data is not available.
