We have introduced a new enhancement in the Reports module under Book of Business, New Business Reports, Cancellation Reports, and Renewed Reports. Report data is now grouped by Producer by default, making it easier to analyze producer-specific policy and business details.
Use Case: This enhancement helps users quickly analyze business data by the producer. It allows agencies to view producer-specific policy details, track performance more effectively, and access relevant records without switching to other reports or modules, reducing manual effort and saving time.
Note: This feature is available for NowCerts, QQ Catalyst, HawkSoft, Sagitta, and Nexsure.
To view the enhancement:
- Navigate to Reports and click on the Book of Business.
- As shown below, the Group by Producer dropdown appears by default.
- The data is displayed based on the Producer.
To view the Complete Details:
- Click on the Policies count for the preferred producer.
- The details from Policy No to Producer are displayed.
Note: The Group by Producer dropdown also appears by default in New Business Reports, Cancellation Reports, and Renewed Reports.
