Update – Agents with Hawksoft and Applied Epic integrations can now add comments to the existing notes and edit and delete them accordingly.
Application – Agents may use the comments to track progress and share updates related to the same note in one thread.
- Click on Notes and choose Add Comment.
- Enter the comment and click Add to save the comment to the note.
- You may edit or delete the comment from the edit/delete buttons, respectively.
Things to Note:
- The comments within the notes will be synced with HawkSoft.
- Multiple comments added to a single note will appear in chronological order, with the latest comment at the top.
- Both the admin and the agent who created the comment can edit and delete the comment.
