Admin should have the access to all the templates created by agents

We have introduced a new enhancement for Admins in the Engagement Module under the Templates section. With this update, Admins now have access to view and manage all templates created by their agents. This ensures better visibility, consistency, and centralized control over communication templates within the organization.

Use Case: Suppose an Admin wants to ensure that agents are using standardized templates for email campaigns or client communication. Previously, the Admin had  no visibility into templates created by individual agents. 

With this enhancement, the Admin can now view the templates created for communication, ensuring compliance with organizational communication standards.

To View the Enhancement:

  • Navigate to Engagement
  • Click on Templates

You will be redirected to the Engagement>Email Templates.

From the Agent dropdown select the preferred agent, whose template you want to view.

You can preview all the templates of the selected Agent.

As shown below, Admin also have the options to Edit, Send to Myself, Share, Copy and more for the agent templates.

Note: This feature is applicable for only the admin.Agents don’t have these options.
