Bad emails undermine your marketing efforts. The Bounce rate, click-through rate, unsubscribe rate rise due to bad emails. To help you track this list, we have introduced bad emails in email campaign analytics.

How to view Bad emails?

To view Bad emails, follow the steps mentioned below:

  1. Navigate to Engagement> Email campaigns > Analytics
  2. Click on the gear icon towards the top right corner for Settings.
  3. Select Bad Emails

4. On the Bad email screen, you can click on Bounced Emails, Unsubscribe emails, or Complaint email to view the respective lists.

Bounced Emails: When an email bounces, it means it was unable to be delivered to a recipient’s inbox. Check the email address to reconfirm you are sending the email at the right address.

Unsubscribed email: When a contact has unsubscribed, you have disabled the email sending option, but it still was part of your previous scheduled campaign list. Update your scheduled campaign lists.

Complaints Email: When a contact has reported a complaint, it is visible in this list. Review the complaint and troubleshoot for relevant issues.

Downloadable list of bad emails

With this feature, the agents will be able to download the list of all emails that were marked as spam, unsubscribed, or got bounced, helping them make changes in the communication preference or rectifying any incorrect email addresses.
