Won Deal Announcement

Congratulating the team after an agent wins a business (Card marked as won)

Important: The deals won are based on Subscription, which is done at agency level. Make sure your subscription is enabled to send notifications.

To enable notification for winning business, follow the steps mentioned below:

Login as Admin
Navigate to the Pipelines module.
Click on the Action button and select settings
Click Notification settings, click on the grey toggle button to enable won deal announcement.

Once enabled, you will get a success notification.

The email template of the winning business is shared below:
