Update – View and Download email campaign analytics information for any stage in the campaign into excel

Use case – Efficient method to view and share details of campaign analytics.

Process:

• Navigate to Engagement and click on Analytics

• Select the campaign and click on the Download button at the top right corner

• The excel file will be downloaded into your computer.

Note – The excel will display the following information:

• Email
• Time Stamp
• Open Count
• Open Time
• Bounce Time
• Bounce Type
• Clicked Time
• Clicked Count
• Clicked URL
• Unsubscribed Time
• Unsubscribed URL
• Complaint Time
