Display of contact name in account 360 for tasks, notes, email, and text

Overview

We have introduced an enhancement to the Communication section in Account360 that provides a consolidated view of all communication activities associated with contacts under an account. Users can view tasks, notes, emails, and text messages from all contacts linked to the account in a single location, along with the corresponding contact name.

Use Case: This enhancement helps users gain complete visibility into account-level interactions without navigating to individual contact records. For accounts with multiple contacts, users can easily track communication activities such as tasks, notes, emails, and texts for each contact, improving collaboration, communication tracking, and account management.
