The admin can now enable or disable MFA authentication for any agent.

To view the enhancement:

• Navigate to Settings

• Click on MFA

• Slide the toggle bar to the left to disable and right (shown in orange) to enable

If the admin disables MFA for any agent, then he/she cannot start MFA Authentication.
