Enhanced Admin Control and Archive Functionality in Notice Board

The Notice Board got an upgrade to empower admins. Now, they can delete notices—something previously limited to the agent who added them. This update allows admins to manage notice deletion directly in the Notice Board. Also, users can check out the “Archived List” right within the Notice Board.

Navigation:

  1. Access the Notice Board by clicking on the corresponding section.

2. Select the specific notice you wish to delete.

3. Upon successful deletion, a confirmation popup will appear.

4. Navigate to the Archived Notices section to view the archived notice list.
