This feature will allow agents to map the message to the corresponding contact in the event that there are multiple contacts for one phone number.
If a contact replies to the agent and the system is unsure about which contact the message should be mapped, the Admin can manually map it to the correct contact.
To view the enhancement:
Navigate to the text message
Click on the three dots icon beside the message
Click on the “Map text for other contact”
You can select the particular contact to map the message and it will be mapped to that contact
