Update – Option to choose CSR for sender’s email/phone and assign the pipeline task
Application – Agents using Hawksoft and AMS360 can now personalize communications to clients with CSR’s contact and simplify tasks with easier assigning.
- Navigate to Pipelines and click on Automation
- Click on Add New Automation Stage
- Under the Email stage, you may choose the CSR’s email.
- Under the Text stage, you may choose the CSR’s phone number.
- Under Task, click on the drop-down under Assignee and choose CSR.
