Description – A separate tab is added under the Reports module to view, run, and delete the scheduled reports.

Usecase – A segregated view for agents to quickly review and work on the scheduled reports.

Process – 

• Navigate to the Reports module and click on the Scheduled Reports tab.

• This tab will display the complete list of scheduled reports from all sections of the Reports module.

Note: Under Admin login, reports scheduled by all agents will be populated here. Under Agent login, you will find all scheduled reports assigned to you.

• You can select a specific report run time and click on Run to real-time report.

• You may delete the report schedule by clicking on the Delete button.

• On the prompt, click on Yes.

Note: By deleting a scheduled report, you are stopping the report from automatically running at the scheduled time in the future.

You will notice that the monthly schedule is no longer available for this saved report.
