Update – Tag agents through @mentions while adding comments to a note. This enhancement is currently available only for Hawksoft and Applied Epic agencies.

Use case – Easier to follow up and keep updated on any account.

Process:

• Navigate to Accounts and select the desired account

• Click on the Notes tab to view the list of available notes
• Click on Add Comment

• Enter the comment and type @agentname to tag an agent in the comment, and click on Submit 

Note:

• Mention @AgentName and the tagged agent will receive a notification from InsuredMine
• Mention # for policy, % for Account, and * for Contact of the account
• The comment will now appear under the notes section.

Note:

The @mention in comments is also implemented under Contacts 360, Policies, and Dealboard.
